Chelsea attacker Callum Hudson-Odoi was happy for Lewis Hall after their FA Cup win against Chesterfield.

Hall made his debut in the 5-1 win.

"He was amazing," said Hudson-Odoi.

"I said to him throughout the whole game just keep playing the way you are playing. From early you could spot it, how confident he was on the ball, driving with the ball. Defensively he was solid as well, and I am very happy for him. Hopefully he can keep going.

On the chances of winning the competition for the first time since 2018, the 21-year-old said: "We will try our best. We will take it game by game. Every game that comes we will try and do our best and go as far as we can in every competition."
