Bold reports Alves is moving to Brondby before tomorrow's transfer deadline falls.
The defender's loan deal with Sunderland is being ripped up, where he has struggled for minutes on Wearside.
Instead, Alves will now join Brondby on-loan for the season.
The 22 year-old Dane has a contract with West Ham to 2024.
