Aston Villa striker Cameron Archer has joined Preston North End on loan until the end of the season.
Archer, who penned a new contract last month, has enjoyed a prolific season to date for Aston Villa.
The England Under-20 striker bagged a hat-trick in the club's Carabao Cup triumph over Barrow in August before finding the net at Chelsea in the subsequent round.
He also scored six times in three Papa John's Trophy group matches for Villa.
Academy graduate Archer, who enjoyed his first-team debut in 2019, made his Premier League bow for the club away at Manchester United in late September and has registered a further two substitute appearances in the league this term.
He joins a Preston side who are currently in 15th place in the Championship.
