Barcelona have been hit by an injury blow suffered by Ronald Araujo.
The Uruguay defender suffered a serious hand injury in last night's Copa del Rey win against Linares.
Barca confirmed in a medical statement that Araujo has "a fracture in the second and third metacarpal of the right side of his right hand" and will have to undergo surgery this Friday. The tests that have been carried out this morning confirmed the serious injury.
Araujo suffered the injury in the first-half of the Copa tie and spent the second-half on the bench in a sling.
