KENINGAU: Educating and raising children is the responsibility of parents in facing the unhealthy social culture that is rapidly spreading through easily accessible media technology, said District Officer, Walter Kenson.
He said, although they have adequate religious education, internal issues involving themselves, family, society and the environment sometimes affect their well-being and the way in which they function.
