Lyon are playing hardball with Chelsea over attempts to recall Emerson Palmieri.
The Italy international is on a season-long loan at OL, though Chelsea want to bring him back this month due to a season-ending injury to Ben Chilwell.
But Le Progres says the loan deal does not include a recall option, leading Chelsea to having to pay a fee to OL to break the agreement.
An opening offer of €4m has already been turned down by OL.
OL are reluctant to lose Emerson given their own slim left-back options.
