Kota Kinabalu: The amendment to Article 1 (2) of the Federal Constitution has reinstated the original intent and spirit of Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) even if some may argue that it is form over substance, said Sabah Law Society (SLS) President Roger Chin.
He said this is a rebooting of that very spirit and enthusiasm which prevailed in 1963.
