Former Spartak Moscow player Radoslav Kovac believes Alex Kral needs to leave West Ham.

Kral joined the Hammers last summer from Spartak.

Kovacs told Sport-Express: "Alex has huge competition at West Ham. This prevents him from playing. There are very good players in the club for his position.

"I think he himself expected that he would play much more. I don't know if it's worth changing the club now. The Premier League is a serious league. We must wait for our chance. He has a championship now. He didn't play for seven months.

"I think the best option is to change the team so that there is match practice. But he himself must decide this issue. Maybe it's worth talking to the coach, discussing whether he will have a chance or not. In his place, I would change the team. He is a young guy."
