Arsenal are in talks for Juventus midfielder Arthur Melo.

Arsenal have discussed the potential loan signing of Arthur. The Brazilian, who arrived in Europe with Barcelona after catching the eye with Gremio, has fallen off the radar during his time in Turin.

Barca signed Arthur from the South American club in 2018 before sending him to Juve in 2020 as Miralem Pjanic headed the other way.

The Italian giants did pay a whopping £66million for his services and that has failed to pay dividends on the basis of his performances.

With Juve now looking to clear the decks, Arthur has been earmarked as one of the players that could depart should a suitable offer arrive.

Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports Arsenal have discussed the prospect of signing Arthur on loan.
