Crystal Palace are making an attempt for Fulham-owned midfielder Andre Zambo Anguissa.
The powerful midfielder, 26, is wanted by Eagles boss Patrick Vieira — who was hoping to swoop for him in the summer, says The Sun.
But Napoli have decided to confirm they are taking the Cameroon star permanently after an excellent half-season on loan.
The deal should be confirmed early in this month's window.
Anguissa has been outstanding under Luciano Spalletti at Napoli so far this season.
