Crystal Palace are discussing a move for Arsenal youngster Eddie Nketiah.
According to the Evening Standard, Palace are hoping to secure Nketiah in the winter, even though he is out of contract in the summer.
It is believed that there is a willingness from all parties to get a deal done.
The issue is that Arsenal are not entirely convinced to let Nketiah go, unless they can sign a striker this month.
The Gunners' primary target is Fiorentina hot shot Dusan Vlahovic.
Arsenal are already without Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is out of favor with manager Mikel Arteta, and they may not want to lose the depth that Nketiah offers until the end of the season.
