Sacramento will replace Nélson Veríssimo.
The Portuguese leaves Roma to take the post, where he was part of the staff of Jose Mourinho, who took him to Spurs from Lille in 2019.
In addition to Spurs and Roma, Sacramento was assistant coach with Cardiff City U15s, a scout with Wales and also worked for Monaco and Lille.
