Spurs have failed with an opening offer of €45m for the Colombia international this week.
O Jogo says Porto are demanding far more to sell Diaz, particularly as they own only 80 per cent of his registration. The Portuguese giants also do not want to lose Diaz as they target this season's title.
For his part, Diaz is prepared to see out the season with Porto.
