Rangers have beaten a host of Premier League clubs to the signature of Romanian starlet Kevin Ciubotaru.
Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea have all been linked with the 17-year-old, who has spent time with Rapid Vienna.
The Telegraph's Mike McGrath has reported that Rangers have won the race for Ciubotaru.
Ciubotaru has trials with the three aforementioned English clubs in March last year.
Rangers have been waiting until Ciubotaru turns 18 - which he does on Wednesday - until completing his transfer.
