Brest director Gregory Lorenzi says they're open to offers for Romain Faivre.
AC Milan are keen on the midfielder and expected to lodge a bid this week.
"We are in no rush and we want to end the season together before considering the proposals in the summer, while the player has not expressed a desire to leave either," Brest director of sport Lorenzi told L'Equipe.
“However, if an opportunity were to present itself, we would study it.
"Our priority remains evaluating his situation at the end of the season."
