UMS gets RM2m funding for restoration of forests

Kota Kinabalu: Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) is expected to see better forest restoration initiatives drawn up with over RM2 million funding received from Sime Darby Foundation on Friday.

This funding will be used for the Sandakan Bay conservation set aside areas involving estates, namely Ladang Sentosa, Tunku, Tun Tan Siew Si and the Tigowis estate.
