Brentford boss Thomas Frank was delighted with victory over Aston Villa.
Mads Roerslev scored one and created the other for the 2-1 win.
Frank said, “It was a bad performance from us in the first half. It was a bad game in the first half.
“At 1-1 it's important to stay in the game and keep our discipline. We know we can create. Villa didn't create an awful lot after we made it 2-1.
“It shouldn't be possible that we're above Villa with the amount of money they've spent on their squad in the last two or three years. I think they're a good club, so the fact that we're above them is quite good.
“It was a game that quite easily and maybe should have been a draw, but a game that we saw out in the end."
On Roerslev, the manager added: “It's a good story but a very good Brentford story. He's suddenly made four or five Premier League starts. He deserves all the praise."
