Chelsea legend John Terry has questioned why Premier League clubs didn't pursue Diego Costa in the January transfer window.
The Spanish striker is on the market after leaving Brazilian side Atletico Mineiro.
Costa was linked with Arsenal and Newcastle United, but neither side made a move.
And Terry can't believe his former Chelsea teammate remains a free agent.
He wrote on Twitter: "I can't believe @diegocosta hasn't been signed by a Premier League club?
"This man is a winner and would make any team stronger".
