According to Health DG Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, employers or related parties are advised to accept a copy of the digital certificate for Home Surveillance Order (HSO) & Release Order (RO).
Apparently, some employers demand that employees submit a physical copy of both notices.
This had caused congestion at the Covid-19 Assessment Centres (CACs) when patients show up for a written notice.
Employers are urged to be more understanding over the matter and not pressure their employees to get a written notice.
