Former Barcelona striker Sergio Aguero admits rejecting a French interview over the way their press have treated Lionel Messi.
Aguero was reacting to Messi's failed penalty in PSG's Champions League win against Real Madrid this week.
The Manchester City great told TyC Sports: "That penalty from Leo, the p… from his mother. Especially since Leo played well.
"I'm not saying that because I'm his friend, but because he played well. He was good and very active. French magazines and newspapers killed him. They are a**holes.
"I had an interview scheduled with a French magazine, but I said: 'no, I support Lio Messi'. Stop."
