Former Roma coach Fabio Capello has hit out at Jose Mourinho over his public criticism of the players.
Capello insists he never did such a thing himself.
"He played his last card by offending his players," Capello told Sky Italia.
“I've never done it. I did criticise but tried to be respectful. I've always demanded and given respect. It's the first rule I asked for: respect from everyone, players and staff members.
“If you offend players as Mourinho did, you create economic damage to the club and it's something that must be taken into account."
