Former Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero is convinced Julian Alvarez can be a success at his old club.
The Argentina international signed for City last week ahead of being loaned back to River Plate for the remainder of the season.
Aguero, who was forced into retirement this season, admits he's a fan of Alvarez.
He said, "He's really good.
"I like him, we'll see what position they're going to use him in. I think he should have a freer role on the field. This is a tireless footballer."
