The Sunday Mirror says Liverpool continue to consider a move for Bissouma.
The Reds are among a host of Premier League clubs interested in the Brighton midfielder.
The report goes on to say that Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur have joined Liverpool in expressing an interest in Bissouma.
Bissouma's contract is set to expire in 2023, and reportedly has a market value of £21million.
