Kota Kinabalu: The public have been urged to support local businesses by going to the local weekly Tamu in their area for unique products not found in other places.
“Each and every one of the Tamu (weekly community market) is unique, local folks sell a vast array of herbs, fresh produce, as well as traditional cuisine and unique handicraft that is very different from one place to another,” said State Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Datuk Yakub Khan (pic).
