Located at the permanent sire of FLORIA Putrajaya, or Anjung Floria in Precinct 4, Putrajaya, the Lingnan-styled garden is the first project implemented in the form of a Friendship Garden in collaboration with the Malaysia Cina Friendship Association (PPMC).

Based on a report by Harian Metro, the park was developed on 0.24 hectares of land and costed RM1.5 million to create.

The park was built based on six main elements, namely mountains, water, rocks, buildings, calligraphy and plants.

The soothing greenery of the location is contributed by magnificent white cempaka trees (2 were planted as a symbol of the diplomatic ties between Malaysia and China), along with Maple trees, bonsai trees, bamboo and various other types of trees and flowers.
