After an 8-hour delay from Langkawi, the Star City 6 passengers got riled up and began shouting at crew members. Watch the clip that went viral here.
The incident took place at the Kuah Ferry Terminal, after one of the large-capacity ferries were found to be damaged.
It was reported that low tides made it impossible for the ferry to travel in and out of the island.
Passengers waited from 2.30 pm before allowed to ride the ferry. Eventually, all 423 passengers arrived safely at the Kuala Perlis Passenger Ferry Terminal at 11.25 pm via Express Bahagia 99.
