Kota Kinabalu: Former Chief Minister Tan Sri Bernard Dompok suggested the formation of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to address the State’s long-standing illegal immigrant problem.
He said this when asked on the Federal Government’s proposal to issue special cards to foreigners, including their children, who have resided in Sabah for a long time.
