Kota Kinabalu: Malaysia’s fifth generation (5G) technology standard for broadband cellular networks rollout is entrusted to just one 5G network wholesale provider – Digital Nasional Bhd, as a “special purpose vehicle” (SPV).
It is under the purview of Finance Ministry for a single shared network as the sole owner of a much faster 5G spectrum expected without latency.
