BORNEO Forum 14 will host a webinar on Sabah’s Plastic Neutral movement at 2.30pm, Saturday (Feb 26).

The topic of discussion is “Sabah/Borneo is Polluted with Plastic Waste! What Can and Should we do about it? Join Our Plastic Neutral Education and Awareness Programme”.

The webinar is a follow-up to Blu Hope’s Sabah-Plastic Neutral “Education and Awareness Program – Water is Life Rethinking Plastics,” which was launched last week at the Sabah International Conference Centre (SICC) with the French Ambassador, the Ministry of Local Government and Housing, and the Education Department.

The webinar will highlight the key figures behind Sabah Plastic Neutral, a ground-breaking and game-changing initiative.

A special message from Sir David Attenborough’s ‘Special Plastic video message for Malaysia’ would be shown to the audience.

The fundamental parts of Blu Hope’s plans to make Sabah plastic-neutral in five years will be presented by Blu Hope founders Simon Christopher and Monica Chin, as well as climate expert Boyd Jouman. Amy Dangin or ‘Aunty Patrin’ will moderate the discussion.
