Everton boss Frank Lampard was delighted to greet midfielder Dele Alli as he completed his move from Tottenham.
The Toffees secured the English playmaker on a two-and-a-half year deal from Spurs on deadline day.
Alli's move is an initial free transfer, but if he lives up to expectations, that fee could rise to £40 million.
Everton released a video of Lampard greeting Alli as the move was completed, with the ex-England midfielder telling his new signing: “We did it!"
Alli was outstanding for Tottenham when he broke into the first team, winning two PFA Young Player of the Year awards.
But his form has dipped significantly in recent years, and he will have his work cut out to establish himself in the Everton team.
