Kota Kinabalu: Yayasan Islam Sabah Chairman Tan Sri Harris Mohd Salleh suggests the Federal and State governments hold a referendum on whether a special card or document should be provided to undocumented workers in Sabah.
The former Chief Minister during the Berjaya era said he supports the Federal and State Government initiative and that if the referendum is enacted, citizenship should be granted to individuals who are qualified.
