Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Football Association (Safa) became the first in the country to work with the National Sports Council (NSC) in developing the sport following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday.
The ceremony was held at a leading hotel here with Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin as President representing Safa, while the council was represented by Mohd Safrussahar Yusoff on behalf of Director General Dato Ahmad Shapawi Ismail.
