“We urge our countrymen like the OWFs (Overseas Filipino Workers), OFs (Overseas Filipinos or Balikbayan) and those stranded in Sabah due to the Covid-19 pandemic to undergo RT-PCR test 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure date.
