Milner made the 800th appearance of his club career at San Siro on Wednesday night.
The No.7 was a late substitute as the Reds recorded a 2-0 win over Internazionale in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 showdown.
By entering the action in Milan, Milner reached the remarkable milestone of 800 senior games at club level – with his highest total coming at Liverpool.
The latest outing was the midfielder's 275th for the Reds since he arrived on a free transfer in the summer of 2015.
