
Kota Kinabalu: Wildlife and environmental icon Sir David Attenborough said Malaysia is one of his favourite places in the world and that Sabah and Sarawak have over 550 unique biodiversity species that can be threatened by plastic pollution, directly or indirectly.
“Peninsular Malaysia has its endangered flora and fauna including dugongs and sea turtles. Sabah is a final frontier for corals, sharing the region’s Coral Triangle with Indonesia and the Philippines.
