CSKA Moscow are interested in Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny.
Sport-Express says CSKA have been negotiating with Arsenal for Elneny, but talks have now fallen through.
At the same time, Russian media sources report CSKA have agreed with Everton to loan midfielder Jean-Philippe Gbamin.
Elneny, 29, has made 10 appearances for Arsenal this season and provided one assist.
Gbamin, meanwhile, has barely featured for Everton over the past two years due to knee injury concerns.
