Former Arsenal teammates Mesut Ozil and Mathieu Flamini are now in business together.

Flamini has retired, while Ozil now plays for Fenerbahce.

The Daily Star says the Frenchman has joined forces with close friend Ozil to launch Unity, and The Unity Performance Academy.

It will combine evidence-laced performance and guidance on well-being advice from elite athletes, coaches, sports doctors and academics.

Their goal is to “achieve peak performance in the key areas of mindset, nutrition, training and recovery," something that there is a growing demand for in the modern day, especially as Cristiano Ronaldo proves it can still be utilised at the age of 37.
