Real Betis president Angel Haro will refer suitors of Nabil Fekir to his buyout clause.
The midfielder is a favourite of Barcelona president Joan Laporta, who is already sending out feelers regarding a summer move.
However, Haro has insisted they're not seeking to sell.
"I wouldn't dare to say if Fekir is the best in the league," Haro commented before adding. "It's a sight to see him play."
Asked about Barcelona links, he added, "Hopefully Fekir is here for as long as possible. There is a clause there of 100 million euros."
