Chelsea and Antonio Rudiger have not recently engaged in talks over a new contract.
Talks between the German centre-back's representatives and Chelsea had taken place last month.
Sky Sports states no new and improved contract offer has been presented to the 29-year-old.
Rudiger recently said he was happy at the club, but "there are also other people who have to make decisions".
Real Madrid and PSG are both monitoring the situation very closely.
