Braga manager Carlos Carvalhal believes Luis Diaz will be a star in the Premier League next season.
The Colombian attacker joined Liverpool from Porto in a stunning move prior to Monday's transfer deadline.
And Carvalhal, who managed Swansea City in the Premier League, thinks Diaz has the ability to thrive in English football.
"He will be one of the stars of the league next season," Carvalhal said.
"He was the best player in the league last season, he did absolutely fantastic, he played on the left side with a right-foot.
"He scores goals, he's very intense, especially in attack. He's a fantastic player."
