Arsenal have offered terms to Alexei Rojas Fedorushchenko.
Rojas Fedorushchenko is set to be part of Arsenal's scholarship intake next season, reports Jeorge Bird's Arsenal youth website.
Rojas Fedorushchenko, who is currently part of the U16 squad, has already trained with the first-team and has been named on the bench for the U18s.
At international level he has represented Colombia and England, while he was recently called up by Russia at U17 level.
