Roma striker Eldor Shomurodov says he's had to change his "mentality" under coach Jose Mourinho.
Shomurodov arrived in the summer from Genoa.
He said: "Its very demanding, in terms of play and discipline.
“When I arrived in Rome, I understood that I had to change my mentality. There is a lot of competition here and you need to be up to the task in every match."
The striker also said: “Our target is to finish in the top four and win the Conference League.
“These are our main targets. As for personal ambition, I only want to help the team win trophies."
