Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Government is urged to develop 5G infrastructure in a more inclusive and holistic manner in Sabah to overcome the huge digital divide between Sabah and the peninsula.
Telupid assemblyman Jonneybone J. Kurum said the digital divide was due to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) focusing more on building broadband infrastructure in commercial areas compared to rural areas in the state.
