Crystal Palace Under-23s defenders Dylan Thiselton and Danny Imray have joined Farnborough and Chelmsford City respectively on loan for the rest of this season.

A member of Paddy McCarthy's Under-23s squad, Thiselton featured regularly in the Under-18s side that challenged for the league title last season.

He joins top of the league Farnborough as they look to cement automatic promotion from the Southern Premier League South – they currently sit six points clear at the top of the table.

The young defender said: “I'm excited to get some experience of senior football under my belt at Farnborough. I'd like to thank the coaches at Crystal Palace for preparing me for this opportunity, and I look forward to getting started and learning as much as possible."

Imray made his full debut for former club Chelmsford against Concord in 2020 in the Essex Cup quarter-final, and has played four times for Palace Under-23s so far this season.

Commenting on his loan, Imray said: “I developed and learned a lot during my time with Chelmsford, and look forward to the chance to continue that progression in the men's game in an environment I know. I have developed significantly while at Palace and can now apply that to competitive minutes on the pitch."
