Kota Kinabalu: A former chief executive officer (CEO) of a company was charged in the Special Corruption Court here, Friday, with two counts of abusing his authority by awarding contracts totalling RM2,589,079.32 to a company partially owned by him.
Sulaiman Mohd Noor, 54, who appeared before Judge Abu Bakar Manat, pleaded not guilty to both charges.
