Elimination from the Coupe de France by Nice last week has sparked speculation that Al-Khelaifi was considering sacking the Argentine ahead of their Champions League round of 16 tie with Real Madrid.
However, L'Equipe says Al-Khelaifi retains confidence in Pochettino and is not considering parting with his coach.
The former Tottenham manager is top of Manchester United's agenda as they seek a new long-term manager.
Pochettino is expected to leave Paris at the end of the season.
