Newcastle United outcast Jamal Lewis is set for a lifeline.
The mega money signing from Norwich City in 2020 is not even in manager Eddie Howe's 25-man Premier League squad for the rest of the season.
According to the Express, Lewis has been told that he should find a team where he can play on loan for the rest of this season.
The source also indicates that Turkey may be an option, with Trabzonspor keen to add the player to their squad.
The 23-year-old left back has until February 8 to try and seal a move to the Turkish club, as that is when their transfer window closes.
