Zinedine Zidane would be coach of PSG today if not for their Champions League round 16 draw, it has been revealed.
Telefoot's Julien Maynard is reporting Zizou would already have replaced Mauricio Pochettino as PSG coach if they had not been paired with Real Madrid for the round of 16.
Zidane was reluctant to take the job with a match against his old club on the horizon.
Pochettino, meanwhile, is under increasing pressure at PSG after this weekend's Coupe de France penalty shootout defeat to Nice.
Zidane left Real Madrid at the end of last season.
