Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Italiano was left frustrated after their 3-0 home defeat to Lazio.

Arthur Cabral made his debut as Fiorentina played their first game since the sale of Dusan Vlahovic to Juventus.

"This wasn't a game that should've ended 3-0, especially for our first half performance. Naturally, once Lazio take the lead and we make naïve errors, it becomes difficult to get it back on track," Italiano told Sky Italia.

Lazio had a very different two weeks in the build-up to this game and it showed. Anyway, Lazio are a strong side and when they play like this, they can really hurt you.

"We have to work hard, get the new lads to settle in as quickly as possible and make the most of their qualities. The three goals were all avoidable, that's the worst thing.

“These are players coming from a different league, usually teams have training camps to work together and get into the tactical concepts. It will take time and patience, but not too much."
