Kota Kinabalu: Former Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal and current Deputy CM Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan crossed swords over the controversial Nature Conservation Agreement (NCA) on monetising the carbon stored in Sabah’s forests.
Jeffrey accused the Parti Warisan President of lying about the Sabah Government selling two million hectares to foreigners but later referring to it as a lease.
